Please Note:

• Parking and Bridge Toll Reimbursements when necessary.

• Mileage is charge for every project at the IRS 2023 rate: $0.655 per mile.

• I work on projects large and small. If you have a limited budget, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I’d be happy to negotiate a rate that meets your budgetary needs.

• All project files are guaranteed to be backed up for at least 1 year after project completion. ​​

 

• I prefer to deliver all files at the end of each production day, however, if that is not possible, then an upload fee of $40 will be added to the invoice and a link to the files will be provided within 24-hours (usually less). ​

 

• Projects where extensive travel is required must be negotiated on an individual basis.

​

• In Person Preproduction meetings are charged at a half day rate, less gear rental fee, unless otherwise negotiated ahead of time.

 

• A copy of the Certificate of Insurance is required for every project.

• Cancellation Policy: ​

  • 24 hours or less - one full day rate ($1200)
